The motto of BABILONAS-2 is 'Everything for home, family and leisure'. The region's biggest furniture and electric appliances store, the first ice-rink in the city, sports, toys and other children‘s goods, home, interior and finishing materials stores, cafés and restaurants opened their doors to customers. BABILONAS-2 is the biggest shopping center of such a concept in Lithuania.

A multi-story office/apartment building and a cinema building having a direct connection with the shopping center are planned to be built next to BABILONAS-2. A direct junction via a link mall between the first and the second shopping centers is planned be built in 2009. The total area of the buildings within the joint complex of shopping centers will make more than 90,000 m².

The development will continue with several shopping centers, an office/apartment building, car retail and service square, a multi-industry district, a residential quarter with leisure zones on the 80-ha territory and will be completed by 2011.
