CINEMAS BABILONAS should become the point of attraction and infrastructure of the whole project.
The building will have the unique design severing the mood of the Festival Palace in Cannes (France) and complement the concept of Babilonas city within city.
Implementation of the whole shopping and entertainment district of BABILONAS will be finalized with a 10,000 m2 Link Mall of BABILONAS 1 and 2, a 30,000 m2 BABILONAS 3 and two 16- and 50-storey office/residential buildings.
The City within the City BABILONAS – the biggest project (up to 400,000 m² upon completion) in Panevezys and North Lithuania (approx. 230,000 inhabitants within the region) - is being developed by OGMIOS REAL ESTATE on an 80 ha territory. It will be formed of several shopping centres, office/residential towers, an entertainment zone, a multi-industry district, a car retail and service square and a residential district.
